These Terms apply to Gifted Prep Studio, operated by Xin Zhang. Questions may be sent to xinzhang1111@gmail.com.
Gifted Prep Studio provides educational reasoning practice for family use. A parent or legal guardian must manage purchases and family settings. The app is not a diagnostic assessment, school placement decision, professional educational service, or guarantee of academic outcomes.
Family Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase through the Apple App Store. It does not renew automatically. The purchase unlocks the Family Premium features and content identified in the app at the time of purchase. Store-displayed price, refund, restoration, and Family Sharing rules control.
Apple's applicable media-services terms and standard licensed-application end-user license agreement also apply. If those store terms conflict with these Terms, the store terms control for the affected purchase or license.
The app is for personal, non-commercial family learning. Users may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, redistribute proprietary content, or use the app unlawfully.
Local learning data can be lost when the app is removed, device storage is cleared, or an adult confirms local data deletion. The app must not be treated as a permanent record system.
The app, its original question content, graphics, audio, software, and branding are owned by the operator or used with permission. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app under the applicable store license.
Features, question content, device support, and availability may change. We may correct errors, protect the service, comply with law, or discontinue features. Previously purchased access remains subject to applicable store rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available." The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
