This permanently removes local player profiles, aliases, answers, progress, review history, reports, rewards, and family settings from the device.
Local deletion does not erase transaction records held by Apple App Store or entitlement records used by RevenueCat. Family Premium is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel. Use Restore Purchases afterward to reconnect an eligible purchase.
A parent or legal guardian may email xinzhang1111@gmail.com for help with a privacy or deletion request. Do not include a child's name, answers, or learning history. We may request limited information to verify the request and locate the relevant purchase or diagnostic record.
