The app uses predefined player aliases and animal avatars. It does not request a child's full name, birth date, photograph, recording, precise location, contact details, or free-text profile information.
Answers, progress, review history, reports, rewards, and family settings stay in local app storage. This release does not provide cloud synchronization for learning data.
Apple processes App Store purchases. The app does not initialize RevenueCat or request purchase status during startup or child practice. After an adult completes the parent check and opens the gated parent area, RevenueCat receives store-provided purchase and entitlement information together with an app-generated household identifier so Family Premium can be unlocked and restored. Gifted Prep Studio does not receive full payment-card information.
If production diagnostics are enabled, Sentry may receive technical crash information such as the app version, device and operating-system details, timestamps, and sanitized error data. Default personal information, screenshots, session replay, logs, and performance tracing are disabled. Diagnostic events exclude player aliases, answers, question identifiers, learning history, and household identifiers.
Family Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal. Apple controls its transaction records, payment processing, refunds, and eligible Family Sharing. RevenueCat is used to confirm and restore the entitlement.
The free starter course and compressed Premium narration packs are included in the app. After an adult unlocks Family Premium, the gated parent area can verify and extract a pack locally by language and skill for offline playback. Preparing narration does not contact a content host or transmit player aliases, answers, learning history, or household identifiers.
An adult can remove the extracted narration copy in the parent area; the compressed source remains part of the installed app. Microphone recording is disabled.
The app does not contain advertising, sell personal information, or use information for cross-app tracking. Information is disclosed only to service providers described above when needed to process purchases, restore entitlements, or diagnose configured production errors, or when required by law.
Learning data remains on the device until an adult deletes it in the gated parent area, clears the app's storage, or removes the app. Extracted narration remains until an adult removes it or the app is removed. Apple retains transaction records under its own policies. RevenueCat retains entitlement records as needed to provide purchase restoration. Configured diagnostic records are retained according to the operator's Sentry project settings and are deleted when no longer needed for troubleshooting.
See the Data Deletion instructions to remove local data. A parent or legal guardian may also contact us to ask a privacy question or request help with information processed by our service providers. We may request limited information to verify the request and locate the relevant record.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
